Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product experiences a major failure. You are also entitled to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage resulting from the failure.

If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee but the failure is not considered major, you are entitled to have the product repaired or replaced within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Warranty Coverage

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, all eligible furniture sold by Fabulous Furniture Outlet includes a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Some products, including selected mattresses and premium furniture ranges, may include extended warranty periods. Where applicable, the warranty duration will be displayed on the relevant product page or supplied with the product documentation.

Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from Fabulous Furniture Outlet.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date your order is delivered or collected.

If a product or component is repaired or replaced during the warranty period, the original warranty period continues from the original purchase date. A replacement or repair does not restart or extend the warranty period unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

3. Proof of Purchase

To process a warranty claim, you will need to provide proof that the product was purchased from Fabulous Furniture Outlet.

Acceptable proof includes:

  • Tax invoice
  • Order confirmation email
  • Purchase receipt
  • Finance or payment plan documentation (where applicable)

If your receipt has been misplaced, we may be able to locate your purchase using our sales records. Additional identification may be requested to verify ownership.
